 Mostly people thought this is just happened because of latest IOS 7.0.3, because those users who recently upgraded their IOS to 7.0.3 are facing this issue. I am also facing such issue some few days ago but i found another good way as well to cover up this issue and you can try this as well.

1. If u have never clean the charger port of your Iphone. You shall be amazed at how much dust can cracked in their. Clean it out with a needle or tooth pick, but be careful don't mess up the connector.

If there's a lot of dust in there the charger cord can't go in all the way so it won't go in all the way so it won't connect properly. So clean it out and see if this is what's causing the charging problem.

On the other hand i am going to share an interesting thing while getting the same error

Charging Not Supported With This Accessory i just clean the charger and put it back on my computer USB so the message came again charging not supported with this accessory :) on the other hand i noted that previously my better charging was 20% and after 15 minutes time i noted with the same error on the screen the charging  % is 36% :) so sometime we only follows the screen message and unable to forget what actually going on in real time.
