 i have done many things to remove this error :) but in the end i found the very simple solution

Solution:

Step 1. Go to you Store
Step 2. Search Whatsapp
Step 3. Click on Update

WhatsApp your phone date is inaccurate

 Step 4. after this your issue will removed and enjoy your WhatsApp.

User who faces this problem only just they have installed older version.....
