1. There will be an icon, right click it and click open folder. You should be able to see your files.

2.  if you have iPhoto on a mac this can be done by transferring your video from there, and if you have a windows computer, plug in your iPad mini to your computer and click the device in 'my computer' If you go into media or photos or videos, you should find different folders. One of those will have your videos in them.

3. bluetooth or infrared wont work as it can transfer small size file for your time being.

alternative is WIFI. most ipod have this you need to install same wifi app in both of ipad and computer.
